Be Their Change Clay Shoot
Ironback Controls was proud to be a sponsor of the 2026 Be Their Change Clay Shoot, a fundraising event hosted by Be The Change Permian Basin — a Midland-based organization dedicated to empowering and inspiring students to be the positive change in their lives and the lives of others.
The event brought together the Midland business community for a fun Friday of clay shooting, networking, and great food, all in direct support of Be The Change's Be Their Change program — which works to develop confident, community-minded student leaders across the Permian Basin.
